"I've recently had a series of sessions with Gillian to get me back to fitness following the pregnancy of my second child. During the last stages of my pregnancy, I developed awful pain in my hip joint, which Gillian detected to be piriformis inflammation.
When Gillian first came to see me, I was in agony. I could barely walk and felt very down. I couldn't see me getting any better or the pain going away.
With Gillian's fantastic support and treatment I instantly saw results and am now pain free and mobile! Gillian is very friendly, professional and makes you feel at ease. She came to my house as well, which was such a bonus for me!

"I went to see Gillian after the birth of my first baby. I am a professional triathlete and was after expert advice on getting my body ready for training again. I found the experience to be useful and informative. I was feeling a loss of strength in my core and weakness in my pelvic floor and was given a program to help. After following the program for a few weeks I have already noticed massive improvements and I am looking forward to a return to racing next year. Gillian was so friendly and approachable and made discussing post pregnancy issues which sometimes feel taboo very comfortable.
